Strength & Conditioning Abs Day!
8:30 am Tuesday
This is a full body strength training course, with a focus on toning our abs. Each class we still work on our legs, core and arms, but toning our abs will be our primary focus. Trust me, this class is a blast! But Wednesday morning, you won't want to laugh, because your abs will be on fire!  The class typically lasts for an hour. All levels of ability are welcome. Modifications can be made for each exercise.
Strength & Conditioning Arms Day!
8:30 am Thursday
This is a full body strength training course, with a focus on strengthening our upper body. While the focus is upper body, we still target our legs, core and abs. The class typically lasts for an hour. All levels of ability are welcome. Modifications can be made for each exercise.
Resistance Bands Course
8:30 am Friday
Are you ready to tone your legs & booty?? This class will have you feeling strong and toned in no time. With the use of resistance bands and dumbbells, I'll bring you through a workout that will work all the muscle groups down south! Resistance bands and dumbbells are optional and all levels of ability are welcome.

At Bryant Street Gym in Ojai, Ca. I lead Strength Training Classes in person. These classes are smaller so that I can offer hands on support when needed. I teach women how to have proper form when lifting, how much they should lift and how and when to progress to heavier weights. We use, dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight. My clients have seen tremendous improvement in strength, mobility, energy levels, endurance and confidence, especially those who are most consistent.
Monday 9am to 10am
Full body workout with an emphasis on strengthening and toning arms and upper back.
Wednesday 9am to 10am
Leg and Booty Day Class
Friday 10:15am-11:15am
Full body workout with an emphasis on strengthening and toning abs and core.
