Join me every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 830. We will jump right into a total body workout. Classes are offered via Zoom, so you can workout in the comfort and safety of your own home. This class uses your own body weight, but if you have dumbbells, free weights or resistance bands, you can use them too. Every level is welcome from beginners to advance. I teach each exercise in a way that can be modified to your level of expertise and ability. Each class lasts for approximately one hour. Classes are fun and different each week; your heart will be pumping as you strengthen and tone your entire body!
